Lead with confidence and care, driving operational success and enriching the student experience About the role Role type: Fixed term, Residential Dates: For course dates between end of June and end of August 2025 Working pattern: Saturday to Saturday, up to 65 hours per week on a shift pattern with overnight duties. 1 day off per week. Reports to: Course Director As a member of the senior management team on-site, you will manage the staff and students ensuring the smooth delivery of the courses. You will also act as the primary decision-maker in the Course Director’s absence. Main duties Leadership – Managing the performance of junior management staff, and supporting them to maintain positive relationships with their teams.
