The predicted salary is between 19700 - 27600 £ per year.

As a member of the Sevenoaks Neighbourhood Housing Team, you will liaise with a number of departments within West Kent, and also with external stakeholders and partners to provide a safe and well maintained estate for our residents to live in. You will provide excellent gardening and ground maintenance services to ensure communal areas are kept clean and rubbish free. You will also help ensure we meet regulatory and compliance standards including fire safety and security.

The successful candidate will have experience of carrying out Grounds Maintenance and delivering effective services within a neighbourhood. You will be able to communicate and engage with residents, colleagues and other stakeholders. You will be able to work effectively as part of the team and use your initiative to work independently.

Usual hours will be 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.45 am - 5.15 pm and Friday 8.45 am - 4.45 pm. There may be a requirement to work outside of these core hours in the event of urgent issues on the estate. Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required. The role requires a basic DBS check.
