While based in the West Midlands, the role involves servicing clients across the region, with a blend of remote working, face-to-face meetings, and occasional regional travel.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality financial planning advice with a strong focus on client outcomes
- Leading effective review meetings to understand clients' goals and long-term financial needs
- Building lasting client relationships, including intergenerational and professional networks
- Working closely with a skilled administrative team to gather insights, conduct research, and prepare comprehensive financial plans
- Proactively growing the client bank through strategic business development activities
- Keeping up to date with industry regulations and best practices, while continuing your personal and professional development
- Supporting a compliant, efficient, and client-focused environment
- Receiving tailored support, training, and mentoring directly from the CEO
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A Diploma Level 4 in Financial Advice
- A minimum of two years' experience in a Financial Adviser role
- A proactive, ambitious mindset and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial wellbeing
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and commitment to staying ahead of regulatory developments
