Estimator required to join leading fit out contractor based in the East Kilbride area. The Estimator will ideally have at least a few years' experience working within the fitout/refurbishment industry. The Estimator will be overseeing various fit out projects with typical values ranging from £200k up to £3m. The Estimator will have a solid background in estimating gained with a fit out contractor or been involved in fit out projects.
The Estimator will be responsible for:
- PQQs
- Estimating
- Tender submissions
- Liaising with and working alongside colleagues from the commercial, planning and operational departments
