Experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator required for SureCare Croydon & Sutton This is a mainly office based role – Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm plus two nights a week and every other weekend on call (In your own home). If calls are unable to be covered when you are on call, you will need to attend those calls to provide care. You will need to be computer literate, able to produce accurate rotas ensuring all calls are covered while accurately and appropriately matching carers to clients. Driver essential with access to a car. You are required to have the right to work in the UK and not be on sponsorship Able communicate and liaise with all office personnel, social workers, clients, carers and GPs/District nurses. Principal responsibilities; Confidentiality must be observed at all times. Keeping client and carer information up to date Assist with any daily issues that may arise Ensuring all phones quickly and in a polite manner Person specification
