Job Description
Type A is looking for an SEO account manager to manage up to 3-5 client accounts. This involves regular client communication and providing:
- Weekly status updates
- Bi-Weekly Calls
- Monthly Reporting
- In person, Quarterly Business Reviews
This role will focus on building SEO strategy and communicating that strategy to your clients. You will work with a team of technical and content specialists to implement the strategy and drive results for the client.
Travel to London
You will be expected to travel to London for client quarterly business reviews and should expect to make the trip every 8-12 weeks depending on your clients.
Experience
- You should have 3+ years experience working in an SEO agency in a client services or account management role
- You should have a strong working knowledge of SEO and digital PR and be able to answer top level questions from clients
- You should be highly proficient in GSC, GA, GTM and Looker Studio
- You should have extensive experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog and SEMrush.
- You should understand the sales process and be comfortable pitching for new business and putting together new business pitch decks
- You should be an excellent writer
- You should be personable and enjoy talking with clients and helping them solve challenging problems
- You should have experience in writing business cases and talking to high level stakeholders
Interview Process

- A final formal interview call to present your work
