TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, offering specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support organisations across various sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically able Sales Specialist to join our growing UK Team to support and enable the sale of TransUnion’s Decisioning software and solutions.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Decisioning Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the Decisioning solutions we offer to support the sale of these products into banking, financial services and diversified markets.
- New Business: Help drive new business growth through collaboration with UK Sales, delivering against personal commission-based sales targets and defined objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and determine how TransUnion’s Decisioning solutions can address their specific requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, workshops, discovery sessions and webinars, effectively highlighting our Decisioning functionality and benefits.
- Sales Enablement: Create written content for tender responses and proposal submissions, and PowerPoint content for pitching and presenting to clients.
- VOC and Sales Collateral: Be the voice of the customer internally to support solution development and develop case studies to evidence solution value.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within technical sales / technical support / account management / sales / pre-sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with customers and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop sales strategies targeting specific markets or customer segments.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience and understanding of the UK Banking Sector.
- Engagement with senior stakeholders within Banking, Financial Services and/or Diversified Markets.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
