We are looking to recruit a Sales Consultant. What You Can Expect Location – Barking Salary – £27,500 Work Type – Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase decisions. Sales: Promoting and selling products or services to meet or exceed sales targets. Problem Resolution: Resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and satisfactorily. Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the products or services offered. Cross-selling and Upselling: identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers. Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications MUST BE – Experienced at consultative sales and delivering first-class customer service. Self-motivated, self-starting and hard working. Competent with MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bright, positive and enthusiastic. Literate and numerate. Experience working in sales for a self-storage company Why Apply?
