US-headquartered law firm with a fantastic global reputation is keen to recruit a talent and onboarding assistant to support the team. This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role – some of the duties include:

  • Extensive support with the recruitment of lawyers to their London office, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, agreeing terms etc.
  • Working with the lawyers once they join, welcoming and onboarding them (welcome gifts), getting their tech, phones, iPads ready, and assisting with accommodation.
  • Being involved in the firm summer internship scheme, attending firm events, and liaising directly with partners.
  • Being the go-to person for any queries from new joiners, requiring a professional but approachable attitude.
