Position Overview: Our client, a highly respected and well-established aesthetic clinic, is seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Aesthetic Doctor to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to take their career to the next level, with two distinct pathways available:

- Independent Aesthetic Doctor: A great opportunity for a skilled practitioner with an existing client base who wants to work within a prestigious clinic while maintaining professional independence.
This flexible role (2-5 days per week) is suited to a doctor with expertise in injectables, a strong following, and leadership aspirations.

Their state-of-the-art clinic features four modern treatment rooms and a dedicated team, including part-time Aesthetic Doctors and a full-time Aesthetic Therapist. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments, including Anti-Wrinkle Injections (Botox®), Dermal Fillers, Profhilo, Skin Fusion Therapy, Polynucleotides and PRP Therapy.
- Grow and manage your own client base while integrating with existing patients.
- Uphold the clinic’s excellent reputation by delivering outstanding patient care and results.
- If pursuing the Equity Partnership, contribute to business strategy, team leadership, and operational management.
- Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient goals, and obtain informed consent.
- Perform treatments with precision and provide excellent aftercare.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GMC-registered doctor with relevant injectables training.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience performing toxin and filler injections.
- Business-minded, with a proactive approach to growing a patient base and adding value to the clinic.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
