180 House... Located in a historic spot where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, 180 House spans two slots and features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. A go-to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.

The Role...

We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our Central London team at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). As a Head Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.

What we are looking for...

  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar.
  • Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

  • Mon - Weds - 8am - 1am
  • Thurs - Fri - 8am - 3am
  • Saturday - 9am - 3am
  • Sunday - 9am - 11pm
