Our client, one of the most talked-about dining destinations in East Sussex and Kent, is now looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager will have the opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business, with further expansion in the pipeline, and the right candidate will have huge potential for progression.
Package
- Full-time, 45 hours per week
- Salary £38,000 - £40,000 + Tronc (£5,000)

The role
We're looking for a hands-on, charismatic leader who can inspire others. The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager is someone with:
- Experience in a senior role in a fine dining or premium restaurant
- A genuine interest in wine, particularly finer wine
- A natural host who enjoys engaging with guests and leading a team
- Confidence in managing stocks, budgets, and financial targets
- Reasonable tech proficiency, able to create and use simple spreadsheets (Excel) to assist with tracking costs
- Organised and detail-focused, with a passion for training and mentoring
- Honest and open with a thirst to learn
- Excellent, friendly communicator, both written and in person
