The Role:- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy, selling to large enterprises and ISPs.
- Build a high-quality pipeline with support from SDRs, SEs, and Marketing.
- Drive complex sales cycles, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals.
- Position an industry-leading observability solution to both technical teams and C-level executives.
- Exceed quota while developing long-term, strategic customer relationships.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, (networking, monitoring, or security would be a bonus).
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in France.
- The ability to sell complex solutions to technical buyers and senior decision-makers.
- A hunter mindset with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- £110-130K base salary + double OTE
