We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a brand new opening in Bath. The company already operates a number of sites and is established, extremely successful and is expanding. So a great opportunity to join at the start in a stunning location in a brand new kitchen.

The Sous Chef we are looking for will ideally have some new opening experience and a background working in fresh food, high volume, fast paced, branded high street restaurants/quick service restaurants with the ability to manage teams, stock and GPs.
SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced serving all fresh food core to spec menus
- Passion for cooking with fresh produce - core menu experience will be a bonus
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team
- Some financial knowledge - able to support in managing GPs, stock, costs, budgets, wastage and labour
SOUS CHEF - YOU WILL:
- Manage all day to day kitchen operations in a hands-on capacity
- Help to recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
- Deputise for the head chef in their absence
- Prepare and cook the all fresh company core menu
- Work closely with the FOH team
- Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
