An Assistant Restaurant Manager is required for this excellent fine dining restaurant located in a picturesque area within the county of Cumbria. Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.

The Head Chef is dedicated to flaunting the exceptional produce that can be found in the local area, and the sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus perfectly reflect this. Due to the level of the role, it is essential you have fine dining experience to at least a 2AA Rosette standard.
