Locations: Newcastle, Northumberland, Sunderland, Durham, Stockton
Pay Rates: £12 to £22 per hour (paid weekly on PAYE only)
We’re looking for Class 1 Drivers for a variety of contracts across the North East. Whether you’re seeking long-term ongoing work, part-time shifts, or ad-hoc opportunities, we have options to suit you. Full-time positions are also available!
Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
- Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods
What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:
- Valid CAT CE licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 Licence
- Minimum of 6 months' experience with Class 1 vehicles
- Valid DQC and digital tacho cards
- No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
