Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Workday Analyst to work with a key client.

Please note this role will be 5 days a week onsite in Dublin.

Your Role:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of computer science, business administration, finance, accounting, MIS or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in a multi-national environment within the IT department.
  • Working knowledge and experience in providing IT solutions for Human Resources and/or Legal.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills and ability to deal with business leaders.
  • Thinks clearly: Strategic, intellectually curious thinker with focus on outcomes.
  • Drives action: Experience facilitating workshops with small and large groups.
  • Builds relationships: Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management, and operate successfully in a matrixed IT environment.
  • Handles pressure: Demonstrated ability to work in a high-intensity, multi-project environment, with the ability to multi-task.
