Abbatt Property Recruitment are currently recruiting Temporary Concierges for luxury residential developments located throughout London. Whether you are looking for one day a week or five days a week, this is a great opportunity to earn extra money.

As a Temporary Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the developments; you will be the first and main point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties will involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring on-site security.

These positions are primarily customer focused and require that you meet and greet all residents and visitors. As a concierge you will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets residents' needs and expectations as well as representing Abbatt Property Recruitment.

Concierge key duties:
  • Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services
  • Receiving and keeping safe registered mail and deliveries for residents
  • Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues
  • Conducting regular site inspections and operations
  • Accurate handling of keys and monitoring access
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests
  • Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff

The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar concierge role and a background in delivering excellent customer service. You will also have:

  • Good understanding of Health and Safety processes

Working Hours: Varied shifts, Day & Night, (8-12hrs)

Salary: £11.50 - £13.85 per hour
