The Role:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of bespoke machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults to minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Work closely with the wider engineering and production teams to ensure health & safety and operational standards are maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
- A time-served Mechanical Engineer (apprenticeship or equivalent qualification).
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
