Salary: £18.00 - £21.50 per hour

Position: Full-time, Permanent (39 Hours)
We are currently seeking a fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team in Poole. This role involves working with CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines using FANUC control systems to produce high-precision components to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC controls
- Create both offline and online CNC programs (experience with Edgecam software is an advantage but not essential)
- Inspect components to ensure they meet drawing and SPC requirements
- Maintain a high standard of engineering ability and quality
- Uphold 5C/5S workplace organisation standards
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
- Strong engineering ability and experience in precision machining
- Experience with Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential
- Previous aerospace industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in FANUC controls
