We have opportunities for ANP/ACPs to join England’s leading Primary Care Provider’s Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across Croydon with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.
We are looking for forward-thinking ANP/ACPs with an attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously within their professional boundaries. You will be an autonomous practitioner working independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals.
Main ResponsibilityKey duties will include:
- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
