Resourcing Advisor Full Time Permanent Milton Keynes - Hybrid

Salary: From £34,037 per annum dependant on experience.

About VWFS

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Resourcing Advisor with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to join a small team. Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, you will work as an integral member of our wider HR team and provide support to managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal person will be highly organised and have a hands-on approach to supporting a wide range of vacancies across our business areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting the best talent and delivering great customer service.

This is what you will be doing:

  • Manage a high number of vacancies within a wide range of business areas ensuring an impeccable end to end recruitment experience.
  • Work with your hiring managers to proactively source candidates including the development of attractive and inclusive advertising materials and posting of vacancies on various sourcing platforms.
  • Be a champion for DEI and best practice recruitment processes and get involved in upskilling hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and proactively source candidates for hard to fill roles using your skills on platforms like LinkedIn to approach and engage passive talent.
  • Get involved in exciting team projects to deliver continuous improvements such as implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System, designing and delivery of manager education sessions, updating our careers website or building on our DEI activities.
  • Invest time getting to know your business areas to build key stakeholder relationships to provide guidance and support where needed.
  • Support the selection process through shortlisting and pre-screening candidates and supporting interviews where required.
  • Ensure all vacancy and candidate tracking activity is up to date and produce regular updates on recruitment activity for your business areas.
  • Assist with setting up assessment centres and support hiring managers on best practice.

What are we looking for?

  • Be highly organised and able to manage several recruitment campaigns at any one time.
  • High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and balance project work delivery focused with a passion for delivering high quality service and an eye for continuous improvement.
  • Have proven stakeholder management skills with experience of guiding managers through recruitment processes.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal).
  • Be passionate about the candidate experience with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
  • Experience of using recruitment systems and online advertising platforms.
  • Experience of MS 365 tools with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
