We are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultant to design a M&E framework to structure how we measure the impact of the work and derive lessons from the implementation. This is an important exercise for us, as we consider how to scale the Clowns Without Borders UK approach to laughter and joy within more settings in the UK. The consultant will be required only to deliver a framework that Clowns Without Borders UK staff delivering the project can implement. It should include guidance on what data to collect, how to collect it, how to analyse it, and what to think about with the results. It may be that we ask the consultant to be involved periodically through the project, but this will be determined at a later stage.

- Experience in designing cost-effective and lean M&E approaches.
- Experience in designing M&E approaches to be delivered by others, with little-to-no onwards guidance.
