About the role As a Client Advisor in our Client Services team, youll be the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing communication, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently and with care. From handling client enquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to completing tasks using our organisation’s software, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service that aligns with our KPIs and company standards. In this role, youll take ownership of customer issues, working proactively to resolve them and contributing to a smooth-running department. Youll participate in team meetings, help manage complaints in line with our established procedures, and work closely with colleagues to meet departmental goals.
