Our client is a leading SME manufacturer in their niche industry, supplying bespoke systems to their customers. They are looking for a HR Manager to introduce KPIs and manage HR systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Full end-to-end HR responsibilities
  • Payroll management
  • Supporting senior management
  • Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
  • Overseeing the learning and development process
  • Developing and implementing KPIs, policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an SME manufacturing company
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and HR systems
  • Good KPI Management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
