This is an opportunity to work hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week onsite at Parliament (London).

The Business Improvement and Change team is a specialised team working at the centre of the House of Lords Administration providing change management and business improvement support. This is an opportunity for someone with change management experience and people skills who has a positive, proactive approach to implementing change.

You’ll be accountable for:

  • Experience of managing projects and using change management principles, methods and tools and a clear understanding of how people go through change.
  • Skilled at solving problems and identifying root causes, with sufficient experience to bring order to complex situations, and promoting changes to working practices and culture in end-to-end projects.
