We have a brilliant opportunity for an individual to join us as Human Resources Systems Specialist in our HR Systems Team.

We are seeking a HR Systems Specialist who will provide support to the HR Data and Systems Team Leader. You will support the provision of various HR systems (ITrent, Dashboard) and the ongoing maintenance of them to ensure that HR processes are high quality and solution focused. You will also explore how our HR systems can be developed and improved.

You will have HR systems administrator experience, ensuring that our HR systems are accessible and usable to appropriate staff across the University. Advanced IT skills are required to maximise the functionality of systems. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, including IT Services. An ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential. A level education or equivalent experience is required.
