The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is vital for the corrugator, site and team, with accountability for all aspects of performance in this section of the business.

Key Activities Include:

  • Maximizing corrugator output through proactive team development and continuous improvement of system processes to produce cost-effective, high-quality results.
  • Exceeding targets for efficiency, output, quality, and waste.
  • Supervising and assisting in the development of all Corrugator operator activities within the department.
  • Promoting and maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
  • Supporting the development of the Corrugator team, ensuring all system processes, health and safety, and quality systems are trained and adhered to.
  • Completing appraisals and identifying areas for development/training within the Corrugator team.
  • Developing new process working documents and delivering training.
  • Achieving production KPIs in line with the business strategy.
