ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with an exciting role for a People Change Partner on an initial 2 year fixed term contract. The People Change Partner will be responsible for providing end to end support for the successful delivery of organisational change management including restructures and TUPE transfers through effective engagement, cultural development, and communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all consultation documentation for the organisational process is legally compliant.
- Continue to support and maximise on employment engagement initiatives during any organisational change.
- Work with the Strategic Business Partner, the business, and the internal comms team to provide appropriate communication for any organisational change process.
- Support leaders with the organisational change process to ensure appropriate timescales are adhered to at all stages.
- Work with the L&OD team in identifying, developing, and implementing learning strategies.
- Drive, influence and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change.
- Create leader information, guidance templates and documents relating to your area of responsibility and activities.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to leaders in Customer Services including the supporting of training initiatives.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams.
- Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent writing and language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge & experience of supporting business leaders through organisational change.
- Knowledge of Project Management disciplines.
