Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the building products manufacturing industry. They are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to ensure the operational efficiency and high quality production on-site.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of up to 30 people
- Be a very hands-on manager involved day-to-day on the shop floor
- Ensuring health and safety and compliance regulations are followed at all times
- Production planning and scheduling
- Meeting KPIs and production targets
- Stock Management
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a Production Manager
- Experience in Heavy manufacturing industries such as Rail, Casting, Concrete or similar
- IOSH / NEBOSH Certificate (Desired)
- Experience as a hands-on manager
