Key Responsibilities:
- Transition to Sales: If you are coming from a commissioning role, this is your chance to use your technical knowledge and skills to move into a sales-focused position.
- Customer & Supplier Liaison: Confidently engage with customers and suppliers, evaluate inquiries, and calculate labor and material costs using our BMS Selection Software to create accurate quotations.
- Tender Documentation Management: Read and interpret project specifications, layout & schematic drawings to manage tender documentation effectively.
- Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits (1-2 times per month) to assess project needs and build stronger customer relationships.
- Bonus Structure: Earn bonuses based on the conversion of your quotations into successful sales.
Experience:
- Background in BMS (Building Management Systems) is ideal, but we will also consider candidates with experience in Fire Alarms, HVAC, Electrical Contracting, or similar technical sectors.
- Commercially astute, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to grow and succeed within a fast-paced sales environment.
