We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and talented Graphic Designer to work in our Marketing team at Sytner Group Head Office. You will play a crucial role in developing and producing compelling visual designs that will help our team communicate critical business information both internally and externally, in engaging and digestible formats.

You will have a flexible attitude and enjoy the fast-paced nature of the automotive industry, with the ability to think outside of the box and suggest design concepts that challenge the norm. The role will require you to feel comfortable collaborating with senior internal stakeholders and working as part of a team.

Key objectives:
  • Develop and design a wide range of engaging internal and external marketing materials, including but not limited to corporate conferences and presentation templates for c-suite leadership teams, marketing and reporting assets, social media graphics and website content.
  • Create a ‘gold standard’ for all internal communications for Sytner Group, whilst adhering to brand guidelines that reflect our luxury, premium brand image; for both Sytner and our parent company Penske.
  • Collaborate with the internal leadership teams to create visually compelling content that effectively communicates our messages to colleagues and customers.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their design requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the automotive or luxury retail industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient with typography, and has knowledge of colour processing and working directly with print suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.
