The Role
We are seeking Digital BIM Consultants to join a growing team dedicated to delivering outstanding digital solutions in the built environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and leading projects, leveraging your expertise in BIM processes, technology, and standards to meet client needs effectively. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement based on your preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BIM Execution Plans and Information Requirement Documents.
- Conduct model audits, including clash detection, to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage common data environments (CDEs) in compliance with ISO19650 standards.
- Provide IFC expertise and support COBie development and auditing.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for internal teams and clients.
- Lead BIM processes on projects, ensuring smooth delivery and integration.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations in the digital space.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, and Revit.
- Experience with Power BI, Dynamo, and Synchro is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO19650 standards and BIM best practices.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training sessions.
