We are seeking a friendly, warm, and service-oriented Cocktail Server to join our award-winning bars team at The London EDITION hotel.

This role involves working across the Punch Room and Lobby Bar. Experience is preferred but not necessary; passion for nightlife, food, drink, and guest service is essential.

As an entry-level position, it offers excellent opportunities for growth and internal promotion, with exposure to exclusive training and workshops from industry leaders and suppliers.

Requirements for Cocktail Server:

• A passion for true hospitality
• Experience in luxury or upscale environments (preferred but not essential)
• Team player, hardworking, detail-oriented
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
