This a field based role so must be motivated to get out and manage the area. Someone that will get on with the job and make decision off their own back but feedback what they are doing to the management team. Ability to work productively and collaboratively with internal and external team members at all levels. The ability and willingness to make regular face to face client and supplier visits, both nationally and internationally. An enthusiasm to accompany customers and colleagues to educational events.
