We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager / Service Manager / Technical Manager for a full time, permanent position based around the Devizes area. This position will be working alongside other Managers that are dealing with commercial planned and reactive maintenance throughout the area.
The right person for this position will already come from a strong commercial maintenance background who has run teams of M&E Engineers as well being a client focused manager. We would prefer this person to have come from a technical background. This is a 90% office based position.
Requirements- Strong technical knowledge of commercial building services maintenance
