Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day farming operations, including tractor and forklift driving.
- Crop walking with an agronomist to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee irrigation and crop husbandry.
- Procure necessary farming inputs.
- Manage and motivate a small team for efficiency and productivity.
- Assist the Farm Manager in planting, robotic weeding, harvesting, and packing seasonal crops.
- Perform general farm work, maintenance, and seasonal planning between November and March.
- Supervise machinery maintenance, labour management, and oversee crop production from planting to dispatch.
