Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant for our well-established client based in Norwich.
How does the day-to-day look?
- Support Fee Earners with admin tasks
- Communicate with clients & Estate Agents
- Handle Land Registry applications & property searches
- Assist with conveyancing transactions & due diligence checks
- Process Stamp Duty Land Tax forms & post-completion procedures
- Work towards managing your own small caseload
You will have:
- Strong admin & IT skills
- Excellent communication & time management
- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Experience in a Conveyancing Department (essential)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00am till 17:00pm (Part time hours available)
