Currently working with a well-established company who are at the forefront of nutritional healthcare.

They offer a wide range of leading supplements and vitamins, and export to countries all across the globe. They pride themselves on their innovation and have completed groundbreaking clinical research, continuing to develop products that have a lasting impact on their consumers health & wellbeing.

They\’re seeking a bright and creative Social Media Manager to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

The Social Media Manager will play a key role in nurturing existing communities and developing new ones within the beauty, health, and wellness sectors. Ideal for someone with proven experience in managing social media strategies, building engaged communities, and creating impactful content for eCommerce brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the social media team and oversee the execution of the social media strategy.
  • Conceptualise and develop engaging content, with a strong understanding of audience behaviours across various platforms, ensuring all content aligns with high standards, collaborating with the content team to bring ideas to life.
  • Identify emerging trends and capitalise on them to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Oversee community management across all social channels, fostering engagement and conversations.
  • Manage influencer, celebrity brand ambassadors, and performance campaigns, ensuring impactful results and regular performance reporting.
  • Provide strategic guidance and content support to global teams.
  • Be commercially minded, comfortable handling budgets, and collaborate with the social team to ensure KPIs are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing audiences across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Ideally experience in the Wellness, Healthcare, Personal Care, or Beauty sector
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and articulate social strategies based on audience research and insights.
  • A keen awareness of social media trends and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience managing content, including rights and permissions.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools, using insights to optimise content and drive performance.
