Hours: Full-time (37-hours per week) with the flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days, Monday - Friday. Part-time (30-hours per week) across 4 days will also be considered for the right individual.

You must be comfortable performing a hybrid role that reflects a requirement to provide guidance to the hospital on quality and governance alongside operational support and leadership to the outpatient department.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the hospital in maintaining a quality healthcare environment and ensure a robust governance framework is in place and executed.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.
  • Confident managing a nursing team within a hospital setting.
  • Post registration experience working within an outpatient setting.
  • You must have strong demonstrable experience within quality and governance, and be competent with executing the governance framework, updating policies and procedures.
