You’ll work closely with leaders and teams, providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, rewards, and policy development, all while fostering an inclusive and high-performing environment. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with the Heads, Senior Management Team, and line managers, offering best-practice advice on everything from talent strategy and capability management to flexible working and organisational change. You’ll also lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions that align with our values and policies.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take their first step into Business Partnering. • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR support
  • A strong understanding of employment law and best practice HR principles
  • The confidence to advise senior leaders and drive meaningful change
  • A passion for developing and supporting staff at all levels

This is an exciting time to join Habs. We’re at the forefront of educational innovation, with two leading schools on one campus. You will work collaboratively across our community, supporting change initiatives, championing staff wellbeing, and ensuring our HR practices enable every colleague to reach their full potential.

Whether advising on pay progression, supporting a colleague through a career transition, or shaping policies that enhance our working environment, your impact will be both immediate and lasting. If you’re ready to bring your expertise, energy, and passion for people to a forward-thinking organisation, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in shaping futures — and be part of something exceptional.
