My client provides an extensive range of specialised IT solutions and systems for the private healthcare market. The basic is £30k with £8k OTE. HYBRID ONCE PROBATION COMPLETED. This is an annual target broken down quarterly where if the individual achieves their target, they can achieve up to £2k/quarter as bonus. This is a telesales role, selling our ePractice Practice Management System. Customers you’re selling to can range from single practitioners to practices/clinics and hospitals. The target is revenue based, broken into a quarterly target. Occasional travel to events or accounts could be required and where appropriate.
Role Purpose: Generate revenue and build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Sell our products to help our clients improve administrative efficiency and provide account management to key client accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business with a focus on individual specialist solutions.
- Maintain a long-term relationship with accounts and maximise sales opportunities with them.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
- Work with appropriate functions and internal colleagues to support development of existing and new products to meet customer needs.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and current trends.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system/CRM.
Person Specifications
Qualifications: Ideally a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in a sales environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in account management.
- Understanding of medical/clinical terminology advantageous.
- Experience in the Private Healthcare industry advantageous but not essential.
- Awareness and understanding CRM or a sales management system.
