Our client, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for a Project Co-Ordinator on a permanent contract. The position is due to start in April on a full-time basis. The salary is circa £35,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with residents and clients, and strong Excel skills.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Utilising knowledge of stock condition surveying projects and organising contracts and surveyors on the job.
- Inputting, analysing and extracting data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, creating reports, trackers and charts for management when required.
- Dealing with queries from Surveyors, residents, management and clients promptly and efficiently.
- Sending out letters to residents and stakeholders and dealing with all liaison for multiple projects.
- Using excellent social and organisational skills to ensure projects are completed smoothly, with minor delays and high efficiency.
Experience required:
- Microsoft Excel Skills, knowledge and expertise required.
- Enthusiastic, keen, initiative, social, personable character.
- Organised and efficient.
- Good time-keeping.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
