This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multidisciplined practice who operate on a nationwide basis and work on high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist to work on a range of Defence projects for their Nottingham Studio.

Daily Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Provide architectural design services and project management to a range of sectors
Work on projects that are focused on defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation industries
Manage a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
Submit planning and building regulation applications
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

BSc within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice
MCIAT registered or working towards it
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on projects within the defence sector would be desirable
Job running experience
Strong technical and design skills
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
