School Attendance and Student Support Officer- Bromley Do you have experience working in a school environment as an Attendance Officer or Student Support Officer? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team at a vibrant secondary school in Orpington, Bromley. This post is 2-3 days per week (Monday & Tuesday). Responsibilities: Monitor and improve student attendance, ensuring compliance with school policies and government regulations. Identify and support students who are at risk of persistent absenteeism. Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to promote regular attendance. Provide one-to-one student support, addressing any barriers to learning. Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
