An exciting opportunity for a senior Health & Safety leader to drive strategy and cultural transformation within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. This role will shape and implement best-in-class H&S practices, ensuring compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across operations.

- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior H&S role, ideally within a high-risk environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence change and embed a proactive safety culture.
- Experience working with unionised workforces is a plus.
- Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) is desirable.
