An exciting opportunity for a senior Health & Safety leader to drive strategy and cultural transformation within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. This role will shape and implement best-in-class H&S practices, ensuring compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across operations.

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a senior H&S role, ideally within a high-risk environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence change and embed a proactive safety culture.
  • Experience working with unionised workforces is a plus.
  • Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) is desirable.

This role requires travel to multiple UK sites, so location is not specific. Their offices are in London, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow etc. We look forward to seeing all applications.
