Want to join one of the largest confectionery companies in the industry? We are looking for a National Account Manager to join a major food company, taking responsibility for a £100m+ Sainsbury's account. You will own instantly recognisable brands that are investing heavily in marketing and innovation.

You will need to have exposure to P&L management specifically within the FMCG industry. Ideally, you will have had exposure to promotional planning, JBP negotiations etc. Grocery experience is a must!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a £50m+ account with Sainsbury’s, driving sales and profitability.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with both business and retailer objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive category growth and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotional planning, and trading terms.
  • Work cross-functionally with category, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior NAM, managing major grocery multiples (Sainsbury’s experience preferred but not essential).
  • A deep understanding of the FMCG or food industry, ideally within branded products.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering JBPs and driving growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
