The Role: As a senior Sales Enablement Specialist you will work with sales professionals, sales leaders and the sales enablement teams. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales Enablement, you'll work cross-functionally to design and deliver comprehensive sales playbooks as our company grows and scales. You're a self-starter who can create scalable programs, work with a variety of project types, deliver measurable increases in productivity and are excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our quickly growing team. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Become a subject matter expert on our products and offerings
  • Stay informed on competition, industry trends and business news to support product positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Regularly spend time with team members to understand challenges and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint and other tools to design and deliver enablement
  • Participate in the enablement team and the EMEA sales teams as a valued member
  • Craft effective sales enablement in close collaboration with the Enablement/Sales/Marketing/Product teams
  • Assist in the ongoing development of content for Highpot (sales enablement platform)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a sales environment or sales role (Sales Enablement experience is not required)
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience in PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
