Job Spec: Are you experienced in undertaking research with social purpose? This full-service social research agency provides the top social and public sector clients with access to world-class survey research services and impactful insights. A team of focused social, government and public researchers, they offer their clients a full range of survey design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, evaluation, statistical consulting and analytical thinking. They have an established track record as a centre for excellence in the provision of social research services across a wide range of policy areas.
They are currently seeking a Quantitative or mixed-methods social/public research specialist to join the team. As a Research Manager, you will lead in the development, design and delivery of a variety of social/public sector research projects, which could encompass policy areas as varied as the environment, housing, community, regulatory, wellbeing, energy and business.
You will need strong experience of the social/public research project cycle gained in a research agency or consultancy environment, with expertise in research design, data analysis, story-telling, insight generation and reporting. Providing excellent client service is also key - you'll use your excellent communication abilities to help answer difficult questions with practical answers and to provide high-quality research advice.
