Here at Version 1, we are currently in the market for an experienced Oracle E-Business Technical Consultant to join our growing Cloud Practice. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and work on projects across a multiplicity of sectors and industries. In addition, you will have the opportunity to undertake accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.
Job Description
Working as part of a team of consultants, you will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery across one or many client engagements in our Oracle Applications Unlimited Practice. You will provide leadership and delivery expertise to Version 1 and Customer colleagues in Integration, data migration, reporting and other areas of CEMLI development. The role is predominately working across Oracle E-business but there is an opportunity to move into Oracle Cloud Projects later this year.
Qualifications:
- Expertise as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant capable of providing technical leadership and working autonomously
- Hands-on technical delivery experience within E-Business Suite 12.2.x
- Knowledge and experience of delivering interfaces from/to the ERP (Essential)
- Knowledge and experience of delivering interfaces from/to the HCM/Pay Schemas (Desirable)
- Expertise in overseeing upgrade analysis of CEMLIs, reports and impact on data in an E-Business Suite upgrade scenario
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An energetic approach and be a creative problem solver with technical curiosity to ensure evolving technology is exploited to solve emerging customer challenges
- Excellent planning skills and be comfortable with estimating and preparing delivery plans and executing them
- Expertise in presenting concepts to a variety of stakeholders and have the ability to influence plus utilising your negotiating skills to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered to meet the client requirement
- Knowledge of working with customers directly including technical architects, functional consultants and developers
- Excellent consultancy skills including consulting experience and ideally some functional knowledge of ERP (Essential) and HCM/Payroll (Desirable)
